Special Evening At Sea Edition

Sunday evening, after our bonus day at sea, was a fun time.  We started with dinner at the new concept on Vista - the Pizzeria at Waves.  We have found the pizza to be excellent.


That was followed by a dessert cooking class in the Culinary Center with Chef Noelle.  We made a chocolate lava cake and crepes Suzette.





And then got to enjoy them both with an after dinner cocktail that we also made.






Now it's Tuesday and we've had one full day in New York and are getting ready to head out for the second day.  It will be a full blog post when I get to it on our day at sea tomorrow.  Until then,
