It started out to be a cold, rainy day and for a while we thought we might not even get off of the ship. We've been to Reykjavik several times. But then, a little before noon the rain stopped and we decided to go for a walk. The rain stopped but it remained cold with the high temperature being 49 degrees F. We walked for about an hour before returning to the ship for lunch.
After lunch, we took the shuttle bus into Reykjavik and enjoyed a walk around.
We ran into some of the crew and loved the sign outside of a restaurant.
So, that's it for Iceland and Europe. With only 10 days left on this ATW adventure, tonight we set sail for North America and Halifax, Nova Scotia. It's going to take 4 sea days to get there. You might not hear much from us until then!
