No Burnie Baby!

As we sailed away from Melbourne we were informed that our call at Burnie has been cancelled due to New Zealand requiring more cleaning of the hull!  Apparently, due to weather and sea conditions they weren't able to complete it last time.  And New Zealand has some tough regulations.  For instance, the Food & Beverage Manager told us that they would not be able to serve whole fruits because the authorities fear that people will take them off of the ship!

Oh well, we'll just have to enjoy a bonus day at sea and eat cut up bananas while in NZ waters.  Things could be a lot tougher - and are for many people.

As always, peace and blessings,
Linda and Larry
